pin function
●Level selection pin: used to select signal and power supply VCC pin level, must be connected to one of 5V or 3.3V.
●TX/RX: serial data pins (refer to the module's own TX. data transmission/RX. data reception, corresponding to the RX/TX of external devices.)
GND: power ground (GND must be connected, and must not be connected incorrectly, otherwise it may damage the device or serial port module)
The above are the pins that must be connected for normal communication.
VCC: power output (depending on whether the external device needs power supply to determine whether to connect or not, the maximum current should not exceed 150mA)
●TX-D: TX through the reverse diode, that is, the TX signal output by open-drain, can only output low level, and needs to be pulled high externally. When the STC microcontroller downloads the program, use TX-D instead of TX and connect it to the P30 pin of the MCU.

Precautions
●This is a 5V/3.3V TTL level serial port, please do not connect RS-232 level devices (+-5V to +-15V)
●The load of this module should not exceed 150mA, otherwise the module or the computer USB will be damaged by overloading (only three lines of GND/TX/RX are required for communication).
